Drought Relief
Aussie Helpers was established in 2002 to help fight poverty and lift the spirits of those in the outback that are being severely affected by the worst drought in living history. Aussie Helpers is staffed entirely by volunteers and works to find farming families who are in desperate need of assistance. The drought has emotionally and financially ruined countless farming families, with many having to sell off their breeding stock to survive.
Extreme isolation and six years of drought have taken its toll on drought affected families:

-
Loss of breeding stock
-
High incidents of depression
-
The tragedy of suicides
-
Families financially crippled
-
Family break-ups
We can win the war against the worst drought in over 100 years with your support.
